One of the oldest, independent eyewear brands in the U.S., we leveraged our experience telling unique stories to help SPY celebrate its 20th anniversary and patented Happy Lens technology through mainstream and action sports media outlets.
Within the first six months of our relationship, major national and tastemaker media outlets, including Men’s Journal, Complex and Cool Hunting, ran glowing reviews of SPY’s sunglasses and goggles. When Outside featured an article entitled “Who makes the best sunglass lenses?” and they answered that it was SPY, it put a smile on all our faces. By the time the dust settled in 2014, we helped SPY secure more than 200 media placements, ranging from national cable news programs to Instagram tastemakers.
